CHELSEA BEGINS CELEBRATION AFTER WINNING FOURTH PREMIER LEAGUE TITLE

He celebrations were in full swing at Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon as Chelsea claimed their fourth Barclays Premier League title.
The Blues clinched the trophy with a 1-0 victory over Crystal Palace courtesy of Eden Hazard's headed rebound after the Belgian missed his initial penalty.

The full-time whistle lead to jubilation as Chelsea made sure of top spot with three games remaining.

The celebrations carried on in the dressing room with midfielder Oscar posting a picture of his jubilant team-mates to Instagram before Chelsea defender Gary Cahill popped open the champagne with photos posted by many other players.

'I always dreamed of playing in the Premier League, which is considered the toughest and the strongest championship in the world,' Willian said.
'For many years I watched and admired English football. My turn would come, I knew. When I heard the proposal of Chelsea, I didn’t think twice. I knew that in this great club I would fight for titles, I would always be on the top. Now I can celebrate my first Premier League title. Indescribable feeling!
